A very special horse is no longer seeking a very special owner

Our pupil, Nellie Evans of Robertson (in the NSW Southern Tablelands) has purchased our favourite mare, Marena Memories.  This mare has been very successful showing and is an ideal mount for a young rider preparing for older age classes on a hack.  Nell is training to ride this mare and hopes to ride her in her riding class at Sydney Royal.  The pictures below show Marena Memories receiving her Champion ribbon with Nell on board and Lindy doing a hand gallop on Memories in a workout to win her class at St Ives Agricultural Show.

Superb movement, conformation and temperament. Excellent type and a successful Hack, Led, Riding and Turnout mount. She has a good coat in Winter and Summer, is easy to shoe, float, handle and is a good doer.

This beautiful mare is fully educated, she does simple changes, trot or walk-through, and flying changes, after a gallop she will come back to the walk or halt without fuss. She has even, forward paces which show pleasing elevation. Marena Memories has been shown for three seasons and is poised ready to win her Open Hack class at a Royal.

Only lightly shown Marena Memories has won more than
 28 Champion Hacks and 6 Supremes at Agricultural Shows

Marena Memories has been used by Marena pupils in riding classes, so she is a proven girl’s and lady’s mount.
